HuntYourPath is a referral marketplace: verified employees post that they can refer for a role, candidates answer a few screening questions, and contact stays masked until both sides agree. It started with a simple annoyance — real, current job openings scattered across dozens of individual company career pages, each with its own layout, search box, and filters — and grew into a bigger bet: that a trust-based referral, not another job search, is what actually gets people hired.

The job listings you can browse here are that original idea, kept on as the site's cold-start content — real, current openings indexed directly from companies' own career pages, so the referral marketplace isn't empty on day one while it grows. Every listing links straight back to the employer's own application page, and any of them can become the starting point for a referral request.

Where the job listing data comes from

Listings are sourced from companies' own public job board APIs (the same data that powers the "careers" page on their sites), not from scraping HTML or bypassing any access controls. We only index what the employer already made public for the purpose of being discovered.

How the referral flow works

A verified employee posts that they can refer for a role, with their own screening questions attached. A candidate answers those questions before the employee ever sees their name.
